Account data: email address, username, and the country you tell us. Activity data: offers you view, click and complete, coins earned and spent, crates opened, and cash-out requests. Fraud-prevention data: your IP address, an anonymized device signature, and browser information. We collect these to pay you correctly and to keep the platform honest.
When you start an offer, we pass an anonymous click identifier (and your LootDrop user ID) to the advertiser or network running that offer so completions can be credited back to your account. Partners tell us which task you completed and what it paid; they do not receive your email address from us. Each partner has its own privacy policy that governs what they collect on their side (apps you install, surveys you answer, purchases you make).
We screen IP addresses (including whether they belong to VPNs, proxies or data centers), compare device signatures across accounts, and score conversion patterns. This is a legitimate interest: it protects the reward pool every honest member is paid from. Accounts that trip these systems may have rewards held for review or reversed.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with advertisers. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Cashing out shares the details needed to deliver your payout (for example your PayPal email or gift-card delivery address) with the payment provider you chose. Tax rules may require us to collect additional information and report earnings above legal thresholds (for example, IRS Form 1099 for US members earning $600+ in a year).
Account and ledger data are kept while your account exists and as long as law requires for financial records afterwards. Fraud signals are kept up to 24 months. You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by opening a ticket at /support or emailing privacy@playlootdrop.com. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these requests include access, correction, deletion and portability; we respond within the legal deadline and never discriminate for exercising them.
LootDrop is for users 18 and older (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; such accounts are deleted on discovery.
We will post any changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
